Build voice menus in the graphical editor and direct callers to the right team. Configure ACD groups, priorities and overflow. Supervision shows agent availability and current activity, according to the data available.
Review call durations and end causes. Voicemail and routing can complement your call flow. Cost estimates depend on configured rates and available call data; your provider’s invoice remains the reference for charges.
Manage your instance through web interfaces. The REST API supports custom integrations with authentication and access controls. API access does not imply that a ready-made CRM connector is included.
Voxiti uses Grafana to inspect service availability, FreeSWITCH activity and ACD resources. The overview screenshot includes three presentation indicators replaced with example values. FreeSWITCH and ACD charts use real test-instance data. These illustrations are not a performance or availability commitment.
Call recording, integration events and agent control are under consideration. See the roadmap for available features and proposals; planned items have no announced delivery date.

Voxiti is a telephony platform. You choose and pay your SIP provider directly for numbers and communications. Voxiti helps connect the trunk to your instance.
You can keep your provider if it supplies a compatible SIP trunk. Number retention and portability depend on your provider; we check these points before activation.
Each company has its own dedicated VPS, isolated from other clients. Voxiti rents and administers the server. Your team accesses the business interfaces without direct VPS or database access. The provider and hosting location will be specified in the offer.
Voxiti uses SIP and also offers a WebRTC softphone. We check your phones, network and trunk during project preparation.
The platform includes ACD groups, queues, agent statuses, supervision and call records. A demonstration helps validate distribution rules and operational needs.
Your administrators can create users and grant REST API permissions. These credentials can then connect your CRM or other applications to authorised functions. Custom development may be required.
Recording configuration and playback from call records are planned on the roadmap. They are not available in the current interfaces. Storage, retention and caller information must be defined before activation.
Voxiti handles instance deployment. Timing depends on configuration, DNS, your provider and connection tests. We agree a schedule after reviewing your requirements.
